Hybrid Conference Format

ICBTLondon'2026 will be delivered in a hybrid format, providing participants with the flexibility to engage either in person or virtually from anywhere in the world.

The conference will take place over two days:

  • Day 1 (November 2, 2026): Face-to-face sessions hosted at the University of London, Senate House, London, United Kingdom.

  • Day 2 (November 3, 2026): Fully online sessions conducted through the Zoom platform.

Virtual Participation

To ensure a seamless and interactive virtual conference experience, all online sessions will be conducted through dedicated Google Meet rooms, enabling effective knowledge exchange, real-time interaction, and networking among researchers, academics, and industry professionals.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes, followed by a discussion and Q&A session.

  • Presenters are expected to join their assigned session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • All presentations must be delivered in English.

  • Session chairs will facilitate discussions and ensure adherence to the conference schedule.

The hybrid format enables ICBTLondon'2026 to maximize international participation while maintaining the high level of academic interaction, networking, and collaboration that has become a hallmark of the ICBT conference series.
